DoCare Health Online is a virtual urgent and family medical service offering same-day appointments with licensed U.S. physicians. We diagnose conditions, create care plans, and send prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy — all via smartphone or computer.

Simply visit our appointment page, select your preferred membership plan, and complete the registration. You'll gain instant access to virtual consultations. No credit checks or insurance required.

All plans include virtual consultations and prescription coordination:

• Plan A ($100): Initial visit + 1 month of follow-up
• Plan B ($200): Initial visit + 3 months of follow-up
• Plan C ($300): Initial visit + 6 months of follow-up
• Plan D ($400): Initial visit + 8 months of follow-up
• Plan E ($600): Initial visit + 12 months of follow-up

After your initial visit, follow-up care is included for the duration of your plan. Monthly follow-ups do not require extra fees. You can schedule them as needed to monitor progress or adjust treatment.

Currently, we do not accept or bill insurance. We only accept cash payments or active membership plans. This model helps keep care affordable and transparent. No hidden charges, co-pays, or claim denials.

No. We do not prescribe or manage any controlled substances. All new or refill medications are non-controlled, based on clinical judgment by our on-call physician.

We offer same-day appointments—usually within 15 minutes of booking. Visit the appointment page, select your membership or pay per visit, and choose a time slot that works for you.

We're equipped to handle:

• Acute urgent care (cold & flu, pink eye, infections)
• Minor chronic conditions (COPD, musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain)
• GI discomfort, dermatological issues, UTIs, and more

We can also coordinate lab tests, vaccinations, and annual physicals.

If medically appropriate, your prescription (new or refill) is e-prescribed by our doctor and sent to your local pharmacy—so you can pick it up quickly without delays.

You have the option to upload any recent lab results, records, or test results during or prior to your visit. This helps the physician make a more accurate diagnosis and care plan.

You can book an urgent-care appointment without membership for a one-time fee. You can also upgrade your plan anytime if you'd prefer longer-term follow-up or better value.
